Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. 

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time to the USA is 1 -3 business days; Canada from 1 to 3 days, rest of the world from 3 to 8 business days. 

Duties and Taxes

Canada

Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.

International

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.

We ship with DHL and/or FedEx and our shipping rates are determined by DHL based on the weight of your order as well as the recipient’s zip code. You will be able to review the rate for your specific order before finalizing the payment.
